We use a print on-demand service where each merch order is prepared and printed on a one-off basis once the order is place. This allows us to not carry more overhead than we need, and is also super efficient.

Right now we currently only ship our items domestically in the US.

We've all been there where a package says it's delivered, and it's not on the door step. Sometimes the USPS tracking notifications can be delayed. We ask that you take the following steps if this has happened. 1. If you've had "porch pirates" in the past, try shipping to a friend or family member who may have more of a protected area for shipment (i.e. an apartment complex with a mail room) 2. Contact your local post office with your tracking number. Your package could be stuck there or a representative could have information on how/ where to locate it. 3. Our salsas are shelf-stable. We recommend a good shake before using. Refrigerate after opening.

The shelf life of our Roja and Verde salsas is 6 months from the production date. We provide a "best-buy" sticker on each of our jars.

At the moment, no, all sales are final. Please be certain that all of the information is correct when you're placing your orders.
